Aren’t these type items trademarked, copyrighted, and/or registered property of General Motors? Does GM care?

This car was mine back it the 80s It was a 400 with AC. The matching # motor was removed by the second owner after me. It showed up now as a “fully documented” 435. It looks as if they paperwork was all forged. Could be the work of the guy mentioned in that email.
NCRS should start a database of known false documented cars. This one can start the list. 194377S103954
